Basic Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Masters Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Human Resource Management, Advertising/Media, Marketing, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Psychology or equivalent.
• Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills required.
• Fresh Graduates from reputable schools are encouraged to apply.

Job Description:
The Management Trainee will be responsible for driving results-oriented high performance in client engagements. The Management Trainee will be developed in several facets of marketing and business transformation that IMPACT Training & Consultancy specializes in. She will be part of project team lead by highly-effective and experienced Project Manager who is accountable for excellence in service delivery and developing the junior members of the organization.
