TELEMARKETING PERSONNEL

Job Summary:
Responsible for administrative and sales support to assigned external and internal clients. Ensure effective implementation of all sales & marketing promotions, programs and the prompt resolution of issues affecting key accounts. He/she will also be doing telemarketing and company presentation.

Essential Job Function:
• Provide administrative and sales support to assigned external and internal clients.
• Analyzes customers needs and recommends requirements that best meets customers requirements
• Do telemarketing activities for assigned accounts
• Submits all required reports to Immediate Supervisor
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or management

Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree , Advertising/Media, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Required skill(s): good customer and interpersonal skills, understanding and good communication skills, ability to negotiate, ability to establish strong business partnerships, understanding everyday operations in a transactional environment similar to IT.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
