The condominium unit is located at Antel Suites Spa near Makati Avenue and beside Antel Best Western Hotel. The unit is individually owned (not owned by the hotel). It is fully furnished with the same quality standard furniture, fixture and equipment as that of hotel owned units. Restaurants/coffeeshop/spa can be found inside the hotel. Numerous restaurants, bars, 24 hour convenience stores, supermarkets, drug store, banks, money changer, salon/spa is also located just several steps outside the hotel.

-3 persons maximum allowed in the unit (3rd persons will need to share on the existing 2 beds)

The condo unit is located at Antel Spa Suites Hotel/Residences along Salamanca St. near Makati Avenue, Brgy. Poblacion, Makati. It is just a short ride to or from Sen. Gil Puyat avenue (formerly Buendia), Paseo De Roxas, Ayala, Salcedo and Legaspi Village. It’s strategic location is best suited for any traveler as everything is easily with one’s reach without the need to ride a cab.

Within the condo unit are restaurants, 24 hour convenience store, a spa and a bank. Just a few steps outside or across the hotel are 2 supermarkets (SM Supermart & Rustan’s), 3 shopping malls (A.Venue Mall, Century City Mall & Rockwell/Powerplant mall), coffeeshops, restaurants, SM Supermarket, banks, money changer, drugstore, bars and entertainment places.

PHP 3,000 - RESERVATION FEE/DEPOSIT (Your reservation will only be guaranteed upon payment of reservation deposit). You may also do a walk-in transaction or booking, however, we cannot guarantee that the condo will be available on check-in date without payment of said reservation fee/deposit

Php 3,000 - Non-refundable reservation fee/deposit is required to guarantee the condos availability. This amount shall only become refundable if the guest will show up and make a full rental payment on check-in date. Said reservation fee/deposit shall then form part of the Php 10,000-- Refundable security cash deposit.
