REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelors/College Degree of any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Average to good English communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• With or without call center work experience.
• Must be willing to work on shifting schedules (dayshift, midshift, or graveyard shift)
• Willing to be assigned on different sites:
o Makati City
o Pasig City
o Quezon City
o Paranaque City
o Alabang
• Full-Time positions available.

RESPONSIBILITY:
The CSR / TSR / Sales Representative for Voice and Non voice Account will be responsible for executing smooth customer relations to several established accounts/clientele such as:
• Electronics
• Credit Cards
• Internet/Cable Providers
• Game/Entertainment Company
• Insurance
• Retail Industry
• Toy Company
