How to order:
1. CHOOSE YOUR RING DESIGN. It can be from Joanne Wedding Ring designs or from other sites. Just be reminded that we respect ownership of other jewelry companies/designers. If the ring design you want has their “trademark”, we may create new design as inspired by theirs but not totally copy it.

2. ASK FOR THE PRICE. Price of the rings will vary on your ring size, design and specifications (specs). Since our rings are made to order, you may also inform us how much is your target budget and we will check its possibility on the ring design you want.

3. CHOOSE YOUR TRANSACTION MODE:

 ***WALK-IN ORDER: (please call us for appointment)
- If the piece you are interested is in stock, you can purchase it already. But if it is a custom-made, production will take 10 working days. It is your choice if the piece is for pick-up or shipment.
- If PICK-UP, order will be released based on the agreed date/time and to be picked-up by the client from Joanne Wedding Rings. We require at least 30% down payment (DP) and 50% if item is worth P50,000.00 and up, which you can pay during appointment or may deposit through our bank accounts (BPI/BDO/CHINABANK).
- If SHIPMENT, the piece will be sent via LBC, down payment plus shipment fee applies.

- Shipment fee will be shouldered by the client

- NO CANCELLATION and NO RETURN POLICY will be entertained once we got your payment because these are all made-to-order
- Expected Time of Delivery – 15working days, don’t worry it will be worth the wait :)
- Cut-off dates every 18th and 3rd day of the month to give you ample time to settle after payday :)
