There are two access roads that will lead to the subdivision. One is via the Basak road that passes through Pueblo Verde and Mactan Doctor’s Hospital. You can access this road by turning right when you reach Marigondon or Cordova crossing. It is right across Gabi Elementary School which is about four minutes away from the crossing. The other is via Babag road that passes through Marie Ernestine School and Poblacion. This one is 15-20 minutes away from the Poblacion and turn left upon reaching Gabi crossing.

Shopping establishments, schools, churches, and others are a few minutes away from Ajoya. The approximate travel time to the key destinations are the following: Ayala or SM (35 minutes), Maguikay Flyover (26 mins), Old/New Bridge (21-24 mins), Pueblo Verde (11 mins), Mactan Airport (26 mins), Plantation Bay Resort (6 mins), and Shangrila (35 mins).
