A blend of 15 Essential Oils
Ingredients: A blend of Lavender Oil (Lavandula officinalis, spp.), Orange Oil Sweet (Citrus sinensis), Ylang Ylang Oil I, II, III (Cananga odorata), Bergamot Oil (Citrus bergamia), Lemon Oil (Citrus limonum), Geranium Oil (Pelargonium graveolens), Rosewood Oil (Dalbergia sissoo), Frankincense Oil (Boswellia serrata), Spruce Oil (Picea glauca), Jasmine Absolute Oil (Jasminum grandiflorum), Sage Oil (****** officinalis), Sandalwood Oil (Santalum album), Angelica Root Oil (Angelica spp.), Hyssop Oil (Hyssopus officinalis), and Chamomile Blue Oil (Matricaria chamomilla).
Directions: Put 3-10 drops in diffuser or bath. For massage, dilute at a recommended rate of 5 drops of essential oil blend to 10mL of Unscented Base Oil.
WARNING: For external use only. Do not use directly on skin, dilute in a base oil. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin. If skin sensitivity occurs, discontinue use. Plant Part Used
Lavender, flowers. Sweet orange, rind. Ylang Ylang I, II, III, flowers. Bergamot, peel of ripe fruit. Lemon, rind. Geranium, flowers leaves and stems. Rosewood, wood chippings. Frankincense, resin. Spruce, needles and twigs. Jasmine, flowers. Sage, leaves and flowers. Sandalwood, wood. Angelica Root, dried root. Hyssop, flowering tops. Chamomile blue, flowers.
Extraction Method
Steam distillation: lavender, ylang ylang, geranium, rosewood, frankincense, spruce, sage, sandalwood, angelica root, hyssop, and chamomile blue.
Cold-pressed: sweet orange, bergamot, lemon.
Enfleurage: Jasmine.
Aroma
Strong. This blend makes for a delicate floral scent with hints of citrus and spice.

Using Relax Ease Essential Oil Blend
This essential oil blend is for aromatherapy use only and is not for ingesting!
Bath & Shower
Add 5-10 drops to hot bath water, or sprinkle into shower steam before getting in for an at-home spa experience.
Massage
8-10 drops of essential oil per 1 ounce of carrier oil. Apply a small amount directly to areas of concern, such as muscles, skin or joints. Work the oil gently into the skin until it is fully absorbed.
Inhalation
Inhale the aromatic vapors directly from the bottle, or place a few drops in a burner or diffuser to fill a room with its scent.
