RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
Administer technical examination to all maritime positions and scoring,
interpreting psychological exams
Conducts background investigation when necessary
Act as document controller in compliance of ISO standards
Assist in the development of testing materials both written and computer based
exams
Makes monthly report of all examinees analyze them based from gathered
results
Evaluates applicability and validity of all the test and make suggestions /
recommendation
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in AB / BS Psychology
Male or Female; Not older than 28 yrs. old
Fresh graduate with good scholastic grades or with minimum 1 year relevant
experience
Must be familiar in administering, scoring, and interpreting psychological exams
Above average communication skills both written and oral
Good interpersonal and service skills
