• Advanced customer service skills
• Excellent in Mobile Phone analysis and repair (hot-air and soldering)
• Aggressive, energetic and self-starter who enjoys working in a fast pace environment
• Confident and energetic in addressing concerns
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Can work well independently and with a team
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure Customer Delight
• Responsible for ensuring quality phone repair
• Responsible in Mobile phone analysis and repair
• Can do soldering and de soldering of small components on PCB like IC, capacitors, etc.
• Perform Repair Company’s wireless product, Provide support to CSR and customer on technical concerns
