Our nature of Business is Micro Financing/Micro Lending. We lend cash to clients which incurs interest, depending on our agreement and we earn through interests we charge them.

Our Target Markets are Call Center people from different companies like Teleperformance, Concentrix, and SPI Global, and Sitel .

TERMS:
ROI: 5% Interest Fixed Interest Per Month
CONTRACT TERMS: 6 months - 12 months Contract
MINIMUM INVESTMENT: Php 30,000

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs)

1. How can you secure your investment?
= As your Protection and Security, your investment shall be covered by a NOTARIZED CONTRACT and POST DATED CHECKS to cover your principal investment (for P50,000 investment and above) which therefore shall include the full details of the contract, signature conforming and acknowledging the details therein.

2. How do we secure our collections?
= As a security from my clients, we normally asked for several requirements and we subject them into a very careful evaluation before we give the loan: We usually ask the following:

A. photocopy of government and company issued ID,
B. Certificate of Employment
C. Latest 2 pay period payslips
D. Payroll ATM (as collateral)

3. What is it for our investors?
= we give certain and competitive percentage of interest to your investment depending on our agreement.
= we provide a guaranteed as 5% Fixed Monthly Interest. (May vary depending on our agreement)

Let say, our agreement is at 5% Interest:
If you invest P100,000
you will earn P5,000 per month payable monthly (based on the schedule of payment stated on the contract)

4. Is your company registered? Do you have an operating office?
= Unlike this sourcing company, we did not register our Micro Financing business because of the very stiff requirements set by SEC and BSP. Other than that, once registered, the interest that we can only give will be much lower than what we are proposing.

= We do not have an operating office because we are like a freelance/individual/independent Small-sized Micro Lending Institution.
