Music For Life Kids, is looking for an


Accountant & Collections Assistant

Job Description:

Responsible for notating, managing and organizing incoming receivables from multiple platforms into our accounting database of spreadsheets and invoices.
Providing a daily report of expected and received income.
Communicating with customers about their account information when necessary.
Knowledge of Google Drive as well as Quickbooks is also required, and you must be comfortable being trained to use our banking websites for receivables.
A good phone manner will also be necessary.


Candidate must be:

Bachelor’s graduate, Major in Accounting, or related.
Excellent oral and written communication.
Proven working experience in the related field.
Excellent in computer applications is a plus.
Willing to work night shift on weekdays.
Willing to work at home.
With a stable internet connection and power backup.
Must have Skype ID. (pls provide into your resume)
