RESEARCH ****YST - B2B LEAD GENERATION CAMPAIGN

Job Description:

Make phone calls for the purpose of building relationships, qualifying the lead, and generating interest in our client ?s products.
Provide feedback identifying call trends and prospect needs; identify ways to improve the current process.
Track calls, follow-up calls required, scheduled call backs, and call transfers through computer system.
Meet goals relating to productivity, number of calls made, contacts, and leadsqualified.

Qualifications:
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)Great phone etiquette and demeanor.
Ability to think quickly on their feet.
Must have Outbound calling experience within the past 2 years.
Last/latest BPO job involving outbound calling in sales and collection is preferred.
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
Must be willing to work on night shift in Makati City
