We offer a beautiful 3BR fully furnished large vacation rental house located in Hacienda Salinas subdivision Lahug, Cebu City. The subdivision is one of Cebu’s high-end residential area with a 24hr security watch in a gated community. The vacation rental is situated in a more secured location in an entirely private surroundings. The place is in close proximity to shopping district, restaurants, nightlife, casino, airport, hospitals, police, universities, discotheques, churches, outdoor recreations, and beaches.



*Public transportation is easy to access. Guests may call the guard gates 10 minutes before departure requesting for taxis. The other option is to walk (5-10 minute) to the main road to take a jeep or taxi.



*This is a NONSMOKING house…… Please, kindly smoke outside using the provided receptacle/ashtray at the back of the house.



*INCLUSIVE FEES …… Rate includes the fully furnished set up of the vacation rental house. NO extra charges. NO extra costs. NO taxes. NO hidden fees.



*The house is very well-maintained, as quarterly cleaning of all air conditioners, yearly check-up on all appliances, electrical testing, pest extermination inside and outside the house, and the overall maintenance of the house.



*A GE water dispenser is provided for the water refill. The cost of each water bottle refill is 50 pesos which are good for about 1-2 week consumption. Please contact the caretakers for the water refill.We only accept cash payment.



*For house cleaning, laundry, and/or bed sheets changes, please contact the caretakers. There is a minimal service fee of 300 pesos per services. We only accept cash payment.
