SARAO MOTORS INC-
Located along Padre Diego Cera Avenue, this company was the first to produce personalized jeepneys as public transportation. Founded by Mr. Leonardo Sarao in 1953. The place is 2 hectares and tourists can see how the jeepneys are being assembled and designed.
ZAPOTE BRIDGE-
One of the most important highlights during the Philippine Revolution is the Battle of Zapote Bridge on February 17, 1897. For the first time, Filipino revolutionaries won against the Spanish forces. The bridge serves as a reminder that nationalism can be a vital force to freedom
SAN EZEKIEL MORENO ORATORY-
A modern site in Las Pinas dedicated to the 16th parish priest of St. Joseph Church. The newly built oratory has a relic of San Ezekiel and boasts a latin American inspired retablo.
PLAZA QUEZON-
Hailed as the Parol Capital of the Philippines. As early as August, the residents are starting making parols to be sold in different department stores in the country. The stage in this plaza is where the moro moro and zarzuela are being showcased.
LARA HOUSE-
The oldest house in Las Pinas built in 1880’s. It was owned by Don Calixto Lara. This is the first municipal hall of Las Pinas where Juan Tionquiao , the first mayor of Las Pinas made his office.
ST. JOSEPH CHURCH/BAMBOO ORGAN MUSEUM-
Also known as the Bamboo Organ Church. It was built under the leadership of Padre Diego Cera together with the people of Las pinas from 1797-1819. The baroque church is now considered as a National Historical Landmark by the National Historical Commission of the Philippines. This is also the venue of the annual Bamboo Organ Festival.
