We are currently in need of ACCOUNTING / LIAISON STAFF with the following responsibility and qualifications:

Job Responsibility:

• Provide accounting and clerical support;
• Accurately prepare and maintain accounting documents and records;
• Performs bank transactions;
• Reconcile accounts in a timely manner;
• Provide assistance and support to company personnel’s government contribution and benefits;
• Research, track and restore accounting problems and discrepancies;
• Familiar with government mandatory transactions;
• Function in accordance with establish standards, procedures and applicable laws;
• Performs payroll processing.

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/Degree in Finance/Accounting or any business related course;
• Experience in PEZA and SEC transactions is preferred;
• Experience in government mandatory transactions is a must;
• Experience in payroll is a must;
• Flexible and willing to do field work when necessary;
• Can work with minimum supervision;
• Computer literate, proficient in MS Operating Systems (Word, Excel, Spread Sheet, and PowerPoint) and Internet Savvy.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary is given every 25th of the month;
• Salary starts from Php 12,000 to Php 20,000 according to your skills and experience;
• Government mandatory benefits
• Bonus is given every 3 months in case company has net profit (20% of net profit will be given to employees); and
• Travel Allowance, Overtime Pay, Performance Bonus, Special Field Bonus, Attendance Bonus, TOEIC Exam Sponsorship, and Trip to Japan for best employees.
