The 5TH ipayroll, is a comprehensive and complete package of payroll system from the point of entry, payroll processing up to the preparation of the necessary reports. From SSS preparation of R1A and NR3001DK, PhilHealth’s RF1 and ER2, Pag-IBIG’s M1-1 and P2-4 up to the BIR’s Form 1601-C, Form 2316 and Alphalist schedules (7.1-7.5). It also comes with maintenance for Employee Information or 201 File, and capturing of scanned HR documents.

3. Timekeeping Module
• Time and attendance processing with raw data coming from a Biometric system.
• Can maintain employees’ schedules and shifts.
• Prepares summarized timesheet reporting.

4. System Delivery
Upon Signing of contract the system shall be installed at least 1 to 2 days for the generation of licenses and preparation of system setups. Completion of the system will be based on the gravity of customizations. If there will be no customizations the system should be ready for use in a month.
5. Hardware and Software Requirements
• Will run on Windows 98, XP, 2000, NT, Vista, Win 7 and Win 8 Operating System.
• Pentium or Higher Processor
• At least 1GB of HDD for system and data installation
• 32MB or Higher RAM
