PART-TIME TRAINING SPECIALIST

Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Education/Teaching/Training, Human Resource Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Mass Communications, Marketing, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong oral communication skills are required.
- Strong leadership and people skills.
- Experience in facilitating & conducting training is a plus.
- Must be willing to work for 6 days every first week of the month
- Must be based on the said areas. (Dagupan, Pampanga, Laguna, Isabela and Tacloban)
- Must be willing to do field work / be assigned to client's office.
- CAN START ASAP

Description/Responsibility:
The Training Specialist conducts training and development programs tailor-fitted to the needs of the client. This includes, but is not limited to: training delivery, classroom facilitation, assessments, evaluation, monitoring and continuous improvement of training initiatives along with continuous client communications. Training Specialist is responsible to train merchandisers and coordinators.
