Our Certified Organic, Non-Alkalized Cocoa Powder has been made to exacting standards. Our cocoa retains higher levels of naturally-occurring Polyphenols compared to Alkalized (Dutch Process) Cocoa.
Note: The More Polyphenols, the More Bitter - Which is Better!
Beet Roots contain Betalains (Richly Colored Pigments with Antioxidant Properties) and a host of other Phytonutrients, including naturally-occurring Dietary Nitrates.
Our Hibiscus sabdariffa full-spectrum, water-soluble extract containing naturally-occurring Anthocyanins, Phenolic Acids and other Bioactive Phytonutrients.
Suggested Use
Simply add 1 scoop to 4-8 ounces of warm/hot liquid (preferably pure water) and stir, sweetening is desired. (Please note that this product is naturally quite bitter due to its naturally-occurring polyphenol content, but may be used unsweetened if desired).
