• Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities


Job Description:


• Dealing with guests over the telephone
• Taking and inputting reservations
• Negotiating rates in hotels
• Up-selling, or offering a more expensive room to the customer
• To effectively and efficiently carry out all aspects of the reservations agent’s duties to the standards of the hotel and company thereby, achieving continued guest satisfaction
