Qualifications:


• High school or general equivalency diploma
• With or without experience
• High customer and service orientation
• Well developed communication and ****ytical skills
• Good knowledge of the operating systems and relevant hard or software
• Good problem –solving skills and focus on quality


Job Description:

• Providing help and answers to the customers’ technical issues through identification of the problem itself, research on answers and subsequent provision of guidance
• Concession of the customer’s troubles by recommendation of products, services or procedures
• Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
