Sports Research Beef Collagen Protein is a high protein enriched powder with a unique, non-inflammatory, amino acids profile. Gelatin is natural thickener, stabilizer, and texturizer, commonly used in desserts, jams, soups and sauces.

Adding Beef Gelatin Collagen to foods helps to provide necessary amino acids and protein often missing in the Western diet. Protein and amino acids are essential to helping the body repair and maintain healthy skin, joints and bones.

Suggested Use
Combines 1-2 scoops with 6 fl oz of cold liquid for one minute, then add 6 fl oz hot liquid and stir until dissolved (as a natural thickening agent for baking or cooking, use as desired). Scoop is included.
