Qualifications:

• At least high school graduate
• At least 18 years old
• With or without work-experience
• At least average verbal and written English language communication skills
• Amenable to work on shifting schedule
• 30 WPM with 90% accuracy in Typing Test
• Computer savvy
• Open to work at Mckinley West, Taguig city
• Can start ASAP

Job Description:

• Answering questions about the product or service
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Good communications skills
• Respond to customer’s emails
• Solve customer complaints
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Research required information using available resources
• Process orders, forms, and application
• Follow up customer calls where necessary
