Qualifications:

• Must have completed at least 2 years in College
• With or without experience
• Good written and verbal communication abilities and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle demanding customers with patience and professionalism


Job Description:

• Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers’ problems
• Complete contract forms
• Confer with customers by telephone in order to provide information about services
• Contact customers in order to respond to inquiries
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
