-Responds to arriving calls and replies to customer’s inquiries –
-Direct and fix customer complaints
-Recognize and inform matters to immediate supervisors
-Record all data from calls according to the company’s standards
Job Qualifications
-At least High School Graduate
-Must have at least 6-month work / call center experience
-Adequate information with regards to computers
-Good English communication skills
-Customer-oriented personality
-Willing to work in Mandaluyong
