Job Description:
-Respond to customers over the phone
-Process customers’ requests and validates their account
-Deliver excellent display of customer service
- Sell products or services and place customer orders in the computer system

Requirements:
- High School graduate, vocational graduate, or undergraduate who has completed at least 2 years in college
-Knowledgeable with computers
-Ready start immediately
-Good listening, verbal, and written communication skills
-Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
-Open to work in Makati City
-With at least 6-month work experience in a call center
