Responsibilities:
• Assist in the roll out of Operational Excellence, 3 x 3 service performance metrics particularly in the area of visa & immigration.
• Assists in coming up with their trackers in order to timely and accurately capture process data points needed to produce defined 3 x 3 service performance metrics.
• Collates and consolidates date, and produce management information reports for leadership consumption on a regular basis.
• Assists in identifying areas to work on to improve service delivery and operations.
• All other tasks particularly people mobility related ones that the leadership may assign.
Qualifications:
• Graduate of a 4-5 year degree preferably in the business, international relations and customs field.
• With at least 5 years related work experience
