RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Demonstrate community and apartment/model to clients needs by communicating the features and benefits
• Ensure apartment is ready for resident to move-in on agreed date.
• Secure new resident’s signature on appropriate paperwork prior to move-in
• Monitor renewals and distribute follow-up on renewal notices.
• Distribute all company or community-issued notices.
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all the times.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• College Graduate with Experience of 3-5 Years in Realty or Leasing
• Above average to excellent communication skills
• Has keen attention to detail
• With supervisory experience of overseeing at least 5 people is a plus
• Willing to work in Makati
