• At least 2 years in college
• At least 6 months experience in a technical support account
• Good English communication skills
• Strong ****ytical ability
• Willing to work fixed night shift (8pm to 5am / 9pm to 6am / 10pm to 7am) and Philippine holidays
• Weekends Off
• Salary package is 20k to 28k depending on experience (package includes 3k non-taxable allowance and 20% night differential)
• Role will respond to inbound calls from medical professional and assist them on navigating within the client’s system and tools
