SCOPE OF WORK:

1. Preventive Maintenance of Exhaust System:


1. Cleaning of kitchen exhaust hood and light accessories.
2. Cleaning of exhaust hood filters and tapping duct using chemical and portable sprayer
3. Provisions of manholes and hand holes on horizontal and vertical exhaust duct.
4. Removal of fats, dirt and oil on whole exhaust duct.
5. Cover manhole and hand holes using G.I sheet, complete with gasket and sealant.
6. Cleaning of blower outer housing, drain plug and duct outlet
7. Checking of motor and fan belts. Testing and turn over
8. Submission of post photo before and after the cleaning.
9. Submission of inspection report with technical findings and recommendation.
10. Collection of garbage from operation for proper disposal
11. Measurement of air velocity of the blower before and after the cleaning

2. Burner Maintenance:

1. General cleaning of Hi-pressure and low pressure burner

1. Others Services:

1. Repair and/ or installation of fiber insulation
2. Repair and/ or installation of canvass connector before and after the blower
3. Repair and/ or installation of screen and filter

4. Supply and installation of fan belt.
