Act as helpdesk support to Small Business customers by resolving customer inquiries through multiple contact channels, including phone, e-mail, chat, and social media
Assist clients with web design changes, bug fixes and content updates
Effective and clear documentation in detail on all interactions with customers
Keep up to date with new technologies
Requirement
Filipino
Completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects
Preferably with at least 6 months experience in web hosting or web publishing
Above average communications skills
Willing to be assigned in Cubao, Quezon City
Amenable to work on shifting schedule
Salary and Benefits
Monthly fixed salary and allowance - 17,000 to 22,000
