We are looking for a talented Web Designer to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful web design. They should also have superior user interface design skills.

The successful candidate will be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts. They will be able to transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs.

Responsibilities
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps to communicate interaction and design ideas
Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
Requirements
Proven work experience as a web designer
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wireframing tools
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies

Web UI UX Designer

The job of a UX designer is to envision how people experience our products and bring that vision to life. In this role, you will work on complex design challenges and transform them into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use solutions for thousands of medical practices around the country. Achieving this goal requires collaboration with teams of other designers, developers, and product managers throughout the design process — from creating wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes. You will work with our team to better understand our users’ needs through UX research studies and to help validate our designs.

Responsibilities
Creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows.
Develop prototypes quickly and resourcefully that can be tested by users, or presented to stakeholders and teammates for feedback.
Developing personas and customer journey maps.

Contribute to the creation and evolution of design principles, guidelines and patterns.
Collaborate with and inspire other designers on the team, keeping up with the design industry evolution including best practices, new trends and tools.
Work across teams to understand user needs, business, and feature requirements.
Communicate best practices for design and reasoning behind UX decisions to key stakeholders.
Skills & Requirements
A relevant portfolio of work illustrating user-centered design solutions (e.g., storyboards, concepts, wireframes, workflows).
A minimum of 3 years of interaction design experience spanning product, web, mobile or enterprise application design is required for the UX Designer position
Eligible candidates may be considered for a Senior UX Designer position, which requires a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Effective communication, presentation, interpersonal, and ****ytic skills.
Fluency in best practices for information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
Proficiency in design tools such as the Adobe Creative Cloud or Sketch and prototyping tools like Invision, Axure or front-end code.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Human-Centered Computing (HCC), Cognitive Psychology, or other relevant programs.
Experience in healthcare a plus.
