Job Description
Handle inbound queries and requests from various health service providers
Provide accurate and concise responses to inquiries in a timely manner
Ensure adherence of treatments and patient recommendations to health insurance policy
Requirement
Bachelors degree graduate (any 4 year course)
At least one (1) year BPO or call center experience
Above average to good English communication skills
Ability to empathize with good customer service orientation
Amenable to work on shifting schedule or graveyard shift
Willing to work in Mall of Asia (MOA PASAY)
Salary Package
Salary P22,000 per month
