A LOCAL Online Gadget Company is Hiring 10 Customer Service Representatives based in Quezon City to start ASAP.
50% Voice 50% Chat Support TAGLISH
Dayshift / Midshift Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm / 12:00pm to 9:00pm
Process customer orders and requests via chat system, text messaging or calls
Ensure responses to after sales concerns are done in prompt and polite manner.
Coordinate with other departments on delivery schedule of orders and replacements.
Provide accurate and detailed product information and prices to prospective customers.
Requirement:
1. FILIPINO - 20 years old and above
2. Must be COLLEGE Graduate of any 4 year course.
3. With at least 1 year solid experience in customser service (local or international account).
4. Able to converse in both English and Filipino.
5. Responsible and able to work independently. Fast learner and computer savvy.
