Magic Mountain Adventure Resort is inviting reasonable offers for the walk-in walk out sale of this exciting functioning resort right on the edge of the rapidly developing New city zone.
The resort sits on 6 hectares of privately leased land with 23years remaining on the lease plus a 25year renewable option.

1; Single bedroom villa featuring large bathroom and large bedroom and lounge area.
2; Zipline of over 300 meters including all equipment, large tower and landing platform.
3; Go Kart racing track of over 300meters with latest European timing system, safety barriers, 10 x 270cc racing Karts plus extensive spare parts.
4; Also included in Go Kart area is undercover seating for approx. 60pax, a large workshop area, sound system and computer system with flat screen displays.
5; A large CR block caters for the Go Kart are as well as the other attractions nearby.
6; A Gyroscope ride that caters for 6 guests per ride is housed under cover and is fitted with colorful lighting and music.
7; Children’s bumper car ride features 10 rechargeable bumper cars that are equipped with individual music and lighting. All housed undercover to allow year-round use.
8; Ticket Booth features two laptops with POS software installed as well as full ticket printing system.
9; Accommodation of all standards are featured at Magic Mountain with 5 modern air-conditioned rooms providing comfortable overnight stays for 4 people plus.
10; Our restaurant and kitchen area feature all equipment required to cater for any number of guests.
11; An elegant dining area sitting 40 guests is available for all occasions.
12; We have two swimming pools covering 132square meters in total with a kiddie slide and filtration system in place.
13; A second CR block featuring both toilet and shower facilities for men and women is situated in the pool area.
14; Adjacent to the pool area are 4 kubos as well as 4 open plan fan rooms with large tables and bench chairs around the room walls.
15; The resort office offers all the facility’s you would expect in a functioning office including 16 camera CCTV.
16; Our storage area adjacent to the office houses a variety of spare parts as well as 25 tents that are used for guests who wish to use our camp ground area.
17; A larger lock up storage area is used to store larger items including lawn maintenance equipment; fuel and pool maintenance equipment.
18; Magic Mountain is completely off the grid and utilizes both solar and diesel generated power, our solar room features 2 battery banks with an 8kw inverter all solar panels are located on the roof above the off-road Kart storage and workshop area.
19; Our pistol shoot challenge uses air soft pistols to challenge your friends and attempt to knock down the targets housed in a safe user-friendly shooting range.
20; In our off-road Kart area we house 6 x 2-seater off road race Karts as well as 6 x single seater Karts. The Karts are raced on the dirt track at the top end of the resort which is over 500 meters long with a covered pit area and track lighting, a variety of spare parts are also included as well as an option for a second ticket booth.
21; Archery is a very popular attraction and the sale includes 4 large targets as well as 10 bow sets and 200 arrows.
22; Also, very popular is the rifle and pistol target shooting range which once again uses air soft technology to shoot your best score on printed targets.
23; For young children who don’t quite make the height requirements of Race Karts we have a junior Go Kart track with 4 junior Go Karts.
24; Our 12-seater shuttle service Kia bus is also included.
