Job Description:
Develop strong customer relationships and responsible for resolving queries of the customers through e-mail and chat
Manage and take ownership of the resolution process for all customer related issues
Inform customers of current promotions and new or updated products
Offer to call the customer at their convenience should they have questions that may be better answered over the phone rather than through live chat.
Requirement:
Filipino
High School graduate / College graduate or undergraduate
At least 6 months Live Chat support experience in a BPO setting
Good English communication skills / strong ****ytical, listening and organizational skills
Typing of 35 wpm 90% accuracy
Willing to work on shifting schedule
Amenable to be assigned in Quezon City (near MRT)
