Handle inbound patient calls regarding insurance related queries
Making and updating Doctor’s Appointments in a Call Center setting
Connect patients to health specialists over the phone for any urgent concerns or issues
Make calls to patients to assess their service experience or inform them about changes in their appointments or healthcare coverage
Requirement:
BS Nursing graduate with active PHRN License
With at least 6 months clinical or hospital experience
Good English Communication skills
Amenable to work on night shift / shifting schedule
Willing to work in FORT BGC (one jeepney ride from EDSA Guadalupe)
SALARY PACKAGE:
Signing Bonus of P50,000 to all hires n December 2019
Monthly Fixed Salary - P23,000 to P26,000
