Job Purpose:
The HR Assistant will assist in all-around HR processes, such as Recruitment, Employee Relations, Benefits, and other administrative tasks.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Provides information by answering communications; referring special communications to appropriate people.
Assist with performance management processes and benefits administration
Maintains human resources records by maintaining applications, résumés, and applicant logs.
Verifies candidates' backgrounds by contacting references.
Provide support and act as contact to any internal and external HR-related inquiries
Facilitate and help in coordination of company events
Other relevant tasks that may be assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or business-related course
Knowledgeable in MS Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have strong interpersonal skills
Must be proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and can multitask
