ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONNEL (RECRUITMENT) IN THE PHILIPPINES

Salary: $2/hour + bonuses, salary adjustment after 90-day evaluation period

We are establishing a core team in the Philippines. We are in process of recruiting, hiring and training several talented candidates who may enjoy a fast paced, challenging and rewarding environment. Interns and fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities:
• Post Job Ads
• Screen Applicants
• Interview Applicants
• Manage and reply to emails
• Manage and Maintain Files
• Manage Calendars (Set Appointments/Meetings)
• Facilitate On-Boarding/Orientations
• Create Training Manuals for Future Employees
• Makeshift Tasks (i.e. research, data entry, marketing emails, etc.)

Requirements:
• Work experience in HR/Admin or relevant field
• Excellent work ethic
• Excellent command in the English language, in both written and oral
• Highly accountable for his/her work
• Organized
• Keen eye on details
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs is a Must
• Internet and computer savvy
• Ability to multi-task is a must
• Willing to learn/work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work productively with minimal supervision
• Must be willing to work in the graveyard shift (8PM - 5AM Philippine time).
• Must have a stable internet connection and a reliable computer
