The company owner, with over 25 years in construction industry experience locally & abroad in various projects like international airport, hospitals, hotels, high-rise buildings, industrial plant, and among others.

As part of the project management team of the client/developer, it molds the character in decision making, credibility and professionalism.

Employed in an international consultancy firm and construction management team, established a closer relationship to the client, contractor and supplier involved in the project.

Being members of the quality team in the project, it develops the knowledge in application, implementation and monitoring of project quality plan, quality assurance, authority having jurisdiction requirements and local & international codes & standards.

Under the engineering and estimation department, became familiar in quantity take-off, cost estimate, preparation of bill of quantities and complete electrical design.
Among others, a fire protection specialist with various trainings and seminars attended and certified by NFPA Standards.
