Welcome to the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Ladies Homes (OLMC) Dormitel 1 at 1345 Concepcion St. corner A. Mendoza Avenue, Sampaloc, Manila, Philippines.
Our condo type rooms are exclusively for ladies only, except ground floor rooms where we also accept male residents. Monthly rental rates range from P5,500 to P10,000 only.

The condo type rooms and facilities of our Ladies’ dorms are comparable to a hotel. While our rooms and facilities are world class, our rates are "Pinoy" rates, hence very cheap. That is why our old time residents consider us a classy hotel whose room rates are as cheap as those of dormitories.
We care for our residents and transients that is why we put paramount importance to security, safety and comfort. For this reason, we utilize state-of-the-art technologies to make sure our place and all our rooms are absolutely safe and secured from fire, earthquakes, floods and criminal elements.
OLMC Dormitel 1 is strategically and very conveniently located right at the heart of Manila: Very near UST, CPAR, RESA, FEU and other top universities of the country and very near SM mall, Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center (JRRMMC), other hospitals, provincial bus stations, Light Railway Transit Stations, Sta. Cruz Manila and Avenida Rizal, and just a very short ride away from Quiapo and Manila City Hall.

Like our monthly rental rates, our daily transient rates are also very very cheap.
Yet all our rooms are furnished with toilet and bath, and all facilities are new and classy!!!
OLMC Buildings are absolutely safe and no need to worry about security, floods, fire and earthquake!!! Even the building materials used in constructing the buildings and rooms are non-toxic and non-carcinogenic!
OLMC Dormitel 2 is located at 2496 Ramtrirom St., Sampaloc, Manila and is now ready for occupancy. We have airconditioned and non- aircon solo rooms which are all brand new with own toilet and bath with shower, small pantry with kitchen sink, cupboard, cabinet, book shelf and bed. All rooms are exclusively for ladies only. Room rates range from P6,500.00/month and upwards. These solo rooms are also good for two. Transient rates is as low as P700.00/day. We are now accepting reservations for rooms at 2496 Ramtrirom St., Sampaloc, Manila.
This new building (OLMC Dormitel 2) is just a stone throw away (just about a minute walk) from the National University. It is also very near the following Universities:
University of the East,
