If guests are staying in Cebu City, a negative RT-PCR test done 48 to 72 hours before to arrival is required. There is no requirement for a negative RT-PCR test if the guest is staying in Mandaue City or Lapu-Lapu (Mactan). Tourists must complete and submit a Travel and Health Declaration Form. The resort's facilities are open, but only to a limited and controlled number of guests.
