The service is really good, it's above average when compared with other steel companies I have contacted. Christian from the live chat service is very helpful. My contact Ms. Joy was also very helpful. Following up on a quote request was really easy. Although I have not received it yet, Ms. Joy assures me that it will be done a day or so from now.

My only complain is that the website is not updated with all the products and product specifications (i.e. steel tubing is lacking). It would be really helpful if all specifications were included which are: dimensions (I.D., O.D.,), Metal grade (astm a36), yield strength, tensile strength, weight per unit. If the website had all of these things would have gone a lot faster.

Nonetheless, I am still satisfied with their service.
